Office Operations

The NSBEP Office is operating virtually. Available contact options include phone, email, fax, regular postal mail, the applicant/registrant portals and website. Whenever possible, please consider using phone, email and faxes to communicate with NSBEP as access to postal mail is a slower option.

Upon request, staff can arrange a secure option to send material electronically to the NSBEP.

Sending larger items and/or wanting to use courier service: If you would like to send items by courier, we recommend that you send the item as a parcel or registered mail with Canada Post as this will provide an option for staff to pickup any item and prevent any unnecessary delays.  If you mail an item to the NSBEP Office, please advise the Office by calling or sending an email (contact information below).
