Office Operations

The NSBEP Office is operating virtually. Available contact options include phone, email, fax, regular postal mail, courier, the applicant/registrant portals and website. Whenever possible, please consider using phone, email and faxes to communicate with NSBEP as access to postal mail is a slower option.

Upon request, staff can arrange a secure option to send material electronically to the NSBEP.

We pledge to maintain respectful, professional, and civil communication with you, and we expect the same courtesy in return. We recognize that your circumstances may be stressful and emotional. However, for safety reasons, any threatening or abusive comments directed at staff will not be tolerated. Staff members have the right to restrict or terminate communication under such conditions.
